Temperance Hill made the difference, between these two vintages, more apparent than any other vineyard. The smoke, cherry quality and acidity behind the juiciness of our Temperance Hill Pinot noir is in every bottle but here's what makes these vintages so distinct:
2016 - A warm, early vintage that produced bold, rich textural wine with big robust fruit quality.
2017 - Cooler vintage with fresh bright floral components, vibrant acidity and flavors. Freshness that gently fades into the finish.
”If you're like me, just depends on what you're going to eat!"- Mark.
If you love leg of lamb, open the 2016.
If you're in the mood for a grilled salmon, give the 2017 a try.
