2019 Crémant Rosé
This traditional-method sparkling wine is a blend of Pinot blanc and fully fermented Pinot noir. The wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle and spent 39 months aging sur lie before each bottle was riddled and disgorged by hand. The mousse is quite fine and the bubbles effortlessly dissipate on the palate. This is a complex wine that pairs beautifully with bold flavors and romance. Lovely with fish, spicy, and white meat dishes.

2023 'Oeil de Perdrix'
"Oeil de Perdrix" translates to "Eye of the Partridge" and is an old term for very pale rosé wine made from Pinot noir. The first vintage of Oeil de Perdrix was born out of a challenging harvest at Momtazi Vineyard in 2011, when adverse conditions hindered grape maturation. Turning adversity into opportunity, we crafted a refreshing white Pinot noir from these grapes. This is the perfect picnic wine; enjoy with appetizers, spicy entrées, fish, or by itself!

2023 'Not So Innocent' Grauburgunder
Now available for the first time on our website, the Grauburgunder is a rosé of Pinot Gris, biodynamically farmed at Momtazi Vineyard. The must spends three days macerating on the skins of the fruit, resulting in a vibrant pink hue, texture, and complex flavor. Inspired by her time apprenticing for Weingut Friedrich Becker in Germany, Makenzie Holley crafted this wine as her first foray into solo winemaking. Now in its third vintage, this wine has become a fan-favorite here in the tasting room.
